Swedish and Aromatherapy Massage
Swedish Massage is the most well-known and widely practiced type of therapeutic massage and for good reason. Swedish massage helps with the following:

Aromatherapy massage is a Swedish Massage therapy using massage oils or lotion that contains essential oils. During aromatherapy massage, you inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin for even more health benefits.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage - is similar to Swedish Massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints. Deep tissue massage is design to relieve pain and muscle tension throughout the body. This type of massage is extremely beneficial because it reaches the deepest layer of muscles, fascia and tendons. The goal is to break down adhesions (tense areas with the muscle).
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone massage with this treatment, our licensed massage therapist will use smooth black basalt rocks or river rocks that have been heated to a uniform temperature. The therapist will then either place the hot stones on specific points along the body to create soothing pressure or use them to actually massage muscles with steady pressure.
Prenatal massage is therapeutic body work that focuses on the special needs of the mother -to - be as her body goes through the dramatic change of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.
Trigger Point Massage
Trigger point therapy is a tight area within muscle tissue that causes pain on other parts of the body. A trigger point in the back for example, may produce referral pain in the neck. The results and benefits of trigger point massage are releasing constricted ares in the muscle thus alleviating pain.
